Notes:
- Registrations and abstracts will only be accepted through the online system.
- All emails, notifications, reservations, and payments will be processed through the MeetingHand Online Event Management Software that we use for the management of DSEC-VII.
- Payment is not required during the registration. However, all unpaid registration fees will be updated to the next period’s fees at the deadlines.
- The Istanbul Old City Tour and the accommodation packages are available with an additional payment.
- A limited number of rooms are reserved for DSEC-VII participants at the Ramada Istanbul Golden Horn Hotel. Please complete your online booking as soon as possible by using your participant account, as rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You can always access your participant account and update your registration and bookings, edit your submissions, or make your payments.
